•What community amenities are available?
This property offers an excellent outdoor space, ideal for hosting BBQs or picnics with friends and family. It also features a picturesque pond, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the natural surroundings. Additional amenities include a pool, on-site laundry facilities, a gym, tennis court, basketball court, and a dog park.

•What leaseholder application documents are required?
We require a copy of government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, visa), letter of employment including starting date, position, and annual income (if you are self-employed, please provide us with your two most recent tax returns), two most recent months of pay stubs, or two most recent bank statements, and an offer letter as proof of employment/income.
•What are the required fees and deposits?
Future residents are required to pay a $50 application fee per adult and a $275 administration fee to secure their new home. Additional move-in costs, which depend on your credit and move-in date, will be discussed during the move-in process. All balances must be paid in full before receiving your keys.
•How do I request maintenance or repairs?
You can conveniently submit maintenance requests through the ResidentPortal App, allowing you to include pictures and report issues quickly and easily. Your requests will be addressed promptly.
•What is your pet policy and restrictions?
We allow cats & non-aggressive dog breeds with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. All pets require approval. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Rottweiler, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire, Chow, Doberman, German Shepard, American Bulldogs, Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Wolf hybrids, any sub-breed of the foregoing, and any breed that relates to security or guard dogs.
•Is there a pet fee or deposit?
There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.
•What is the parking situation?
We have off street parking for all residents as well as garage rentals for $80 per month when available.
•What schools are in the area?
Our local schools are Ockerman Elementary, R.A. Jones Middle School, and Ryle High School.
•What are the nearby public transportation options?
We are located 15 minutes from CVG airport.
•Are there any local attractions or shopping centers nearby?
Our local shopping options include Florence Mall and Florence Square, with Crestview Hills Town Center located just 15 minutes away.
